NAVHDA MEMBERSHIP
In order to join a local chapter patrons must first be a member of NAVHDA International, and then may join the Mid Ohio chapter.
Guests may observe Mid Ohio Chapter events provided they sign and submit Release agreement/waiver to an officer of the Mid Ohio Chapter. (form linked below)

Mid Ohio Membership dues are $30 and can be paid online via the Payments tab, brought to a training day, or mailed to the Treasurer, Andrea Spencer.

If you are a new member, please include your name, address, email, & NAVHDA International number.
